Unfortunately, the nature of Urgent Care is such that our patients walk in and may or may not be known to us. Because  of that, we spend the necessary time with our patients, listening, and determining detailed histories and evaluating their illness. Frequently, because we are not familiar with their history, they may require more extensive evaluations.  Urgent Care does not necessarily = Quick Care.    Please be patient, and assured, that we will to extend the same courtesy to you.
